Copperbeech is a studio-style luxury lodge on the Downwood Estate near Blandford Forum in Dorset. Set within 30 acres of former vineyard grounds, it sleeps 2 and is finished to a high standard with bold contemporary furnishings. The only sounds you'll hear are birdsong and wildlife.
The Downwood Estate sits within easy reach of the Dorset coast, the Isle of Purbeck and the market town of Shaftesbury. You can wander the 30-acre grounds, play golf at Ashley Wood 18-hole course (a 2-minute drive or walkable via bridleway) or head to Bournemouth, Weymouth or Poole beaches.
The lodge is open plan with a double bed (4ft 6in) in the living area. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.
Monkey World (16 miles), Bovington Tank Museum (14 miles), Kingston Lacy (8 miles) and Swanage Steam Railway (18 miles) are all within easy reach for days out.
