This is no ordinary holiday let it was once a World War II registration centre and sits in a stunning position with magnificent views over Portland Bill, the Bird Observatory and the famous lighthouse. Portland is a limestone peninsula jutting into the English Channel. You can walk the coastal paths, watch seabirds at the observatory, windsurf, sail, fish or simply sit on the beach. Chesil Beach, Lulworth Cove and Weymouth are all within easy reach.
