Ashwood at The Victorian Barn is a ground-floor barn conversion dating back to the 1830s, updated in 2020 and set on a working farm near Woolland in Dorset. It sleeps up to 6 guests and sits in peaceful Dorset countryside close to Blandford Forum. The private hot tub on the patio seats 6 and is yours alone no sharing.
The farm setting gives you space and quiet. On-site you get access to a shared indoor heated swimming pool (13m x 6m), sauna, games room with pool table and table football, badminton court, children's play area and three free coarse fishing lakes. This is a proper activity base.
Two bedrooms sleep 6. Bedroom 1 has a 5ft kingsize with en-suite shower. Bedroom 2 has a zip-and-link kingsize (configurable to two singles).
Durdle Door is around 18 miles away (30 mins). Corfe Castle is roughly 25 miles (40 mins). Monkey World near Wareham is about 20 miles (35 mins). The Tank Museum at Bovington is 22 miles (35 mins).
Ashwood at The Victorian Barn works brilliantly for families or groups of six wanting countryside, activities and a hot tub. The on-site facilities alone make it worth it.
